I don’t write bad reviews unless I have had a bad experience. From the beginning the customer service was absolutely horrific. I was told my laptop would get fixed in about 2 weeks over a month ago and I would get charged from about $200 to $300. That was not the case, I had to come in multiple times to see what the status of my laptop was and when I would get it back. And as a university student that was very hard. On top of that I was charged about $420 for the repairs that I was told was going to much less. I believe there are places that would provide much better service.
